Questions?

We have answers!
How do I prepare matcha?
For the traditional method, just add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Sun Aura Matcha into a cup, pour in warm (not boiling) water, and whisk until smooth. A bamboo whisk is ideal, but a fork works too.

In a rush? Add to cold water, shake, and go. Keep water between 140°F and 160°F to avoid bitterness.
What does matcha taste like?
Matcha has an earthy, slightly grassy taste. Lower-quality matcha can be bitter. Sun Aura is smooth, clean, and subtly sweet with umami notes.
What's the difference between matcha and green tea?
Both come from the Camellia sinensis plant, but matcha is shade-grown and stone-ground. You consume the whole leaf, making it richer in nutrients and antioxidants.
Where is your matcha sourced?
From Kagoshima, Japan — clean, mountainous, and far from pollution. Grown by 9th-degree tea masters and lab-tested for purity.
Does matcha break a fast?
Technically, yes — but it's fasting-friendly. Many use it to support metabolism and focus during fasting, thanks to its L-theanine + caffeine balance.
I’m new to matcha, where should I start?
Start with 1/2 tsp of Sun Aura and warm water. Try a latte if you're easing in. Your palate will adjust — and the calm focus will keep you coming back.
What is matcha exactly?
Stone-ground green tea leaves. You drink the whole leaf — not just steeped water — making it high in antioxidants, L-theanine, and chlorophyll.
Why is matcha good for me?
It supports energy, mental clarity, gut health, and cell protection. Sun Aura is your ritual for calm energy and glowing skin.
What does "ceremonial grade" mean?
It means the highest-quality matcha, crafted for drinking. Sun Aura uses only the youngest leaves for a smooth, flavorful, vibrant tea experience.
