Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You can choose the shipping method of your choice.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or the error was on our side.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: If your country of residence is outside the United States, return shipping may take longer and may involve additional customs fees, which are also your responsibility.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original item.
Once the return is accepted, place a separate new order for the replacement item.


EU 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must follow the same return conditions as above. Return shipping remains at your expense unless the item is faulty.


REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified whether the refund was approved.
If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
